Scope: These procedures apply to all staff members of Simpl Care Services LLC.
Reporting Channels:
• Direct Supervisor: Staff members are encouraged to first discuss ethical concerns with their direct supervisor, who can provide guidance and support. • Ethics Committee (if established): If a staff member is uncomfortable discussing an ethical concern with their supervisor or if the supervisor is involved in the issue, they may report the concern to the Ethics Committee. • Compliance Officer: Staff members may also report ethical concerns directly to the Compliance Officer, who is responsible for investigating and addressing ethical violations. • Anonymous Reporting Hotline: Staff members may report ethical concerns anonymously through the agency’s confidential reporting hotline.
