Code of Ethics for All Staff Members Purpose: The purpose of this code of ethics is to guide ethical decision-making, promote professional conduct, and maintain public trust in Simpl Care Services LLC and its staff. Policy Statement: Simpl Care Services LLC is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all its operations. This code of ethics outlines the principles and standards of conduct expected of all staff members, promoting a culture of integrity, respect, and client-centered care. Scope: This code of ethics applies to all staff members of Simpl Care Services LLC, including executive leadership, care service directors, technology development personnel, direct support professionals, administrative staff, and quality assurance personnel.
