Executive Leadership: – Provide strategic oversight, allocate resources for safety initiatives, and ensure overall regulatory compliance. • Supervisors and Managers: – Conduct regular supervision sessions, ensure staff follow infection control and injury reporting protocols, and oversee corrective actions. • Direct Support and Clinical Staff: – Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, report incidents immediately, and actively participate in training sessions. • Infection Control Coordinators: – Monitor hand hygiene, PPE use, and cleaning schedules; conduct routine audits and training refreshers. • OHS and Quality Assurance Teams: – Audit health and safety practices, process incident reports, and recommend continuous improvements. • HR and Training Departments: – Organize comprehensive orientation and ongoing training programs, track performance, and maintain secure training documentation. • IT and Records Management: – Ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of all health and safety documentation and support digital communication systems used in emergencies.
