Injury Reporting Procedures Prompt and accurate reporting of workplace injuries is essential to maintain a safe working environment and achieve regulatory compliance. Our injury reporting

procedures are designed to ensure swift action when an incident occurs, comprehensive investigation, and appropriate corrective measures.

Purpose

The injury reporting procedures serve to protect staff by ensuring that:

• Every workplace injury or incident is reported immediately and accurately. • Appropriate medical treatment is provided. • Incidents are investigated to determine their root causes and prevent recurrence. • Documentation is complete for internal review and external regulatory audits. Policy Statement All staff must report any work-related injury, no matter how minor, immediately to their supervisor or the designated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) representative. The reporting process includes filling out an Incident Report Form, which is then reviewed and filed in the central safety database. No injury is too small to be documented; even minor incidents trigger a review process to ensure proper follow-up.
