This policy applies to all Simpl Care Services LLC recruitment activities and covers every position within the organization, including but not limited to: • Executive Leadership and Administrative Staff: Positions responsible for strategic decision-making, policy development, and organizational management. • Clinical and Direct Support Professionals: Frontline staff including nurses, care coordinators, therapists, and direct support professionals directly involved in delivering person-centered care. • Technology and IT Personnel: Staff responsible for maintaining and developing technological solutions that support operational systems. • Quality Assurance and Compliance Personnel: Teams and individuals tasked with overseeing regulatory adherence and internal process improvements. The policy encompasses activities conducted by the Human Resources (HR) Department in conjunction with hiring managers, departmental supervisors, and recruitment teams. It is also applicable to internal transfers and promotions, as well as external recruitment efforts using third-party recruitment agencies.

– Purpose: To ensure that each open position is advertised widely and transparently, attracting a diverse pool of qualified candidates. – Procedures: Job postings are prepared using standardized templates that include a detailed job description (see section below for examples), essential qualifications, required certifications, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Positions must be advertised both internally and externally via multiple channels such as the official website, job boards, social media, and recruitment partnerships. – Documentation: All job advertisements are archived on the agency’s marketing and HR platforms, with version control maintained. 2. Application Review: – Purpose: To compare candidates’ submitted documents against the established job criteria systematically. – Procedures: The HR team, in collaboration with the hiring manager, screens incoming applications using an electronic Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
