Staff Training Requirements:

• Job coaches and vocational specialists must complete comprehensive training on supported employment practices, including legal requirements and employer engagement. • Training is provided during orientation and updated via annual workshops and ongoing professional development sessions.

Documentation Requirements:

• Maintain standardized employment logs, progress reports, and job placement summaries. • Record all communications with employers and document any modifications to the employment plan. • Ensure that service data are securely stored and regularly audited for compliance with regulatory guidelines.
