The overall purpose is to create an environment in which every client receives tailored, high-quality, person-centered care. This is achieved by ensuring that all staff members — from executive leadership to frontline direct support professionals — follow uniform protocols, maintain rigorous documentation standards, and are trained comprehensively in their respective roles.

Purpose Statement

The purpose of standardized Service Implementation procedures is to:

• Ensure that services are delivered in a consistent, safe, and high-quality manner. • Provide clear, step-by-step operational guidelines that promote adherence to regulatory mandates and internal policies. • Facilitate effective communication among interdisciplinary teams to support person- centered decision-making. • Establish detailed documentation and training protocols that guarantee accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Scope

This policy applies to all Simpl Care Services LLC personnel involved in service delivery. It covers:

• Residential Supports (Residential Habilitation and Supported Living) • Day and Employment Supports (Facility-Based Day Supports and Supported Employment) • In-Home and Personal Care (Personal Assistance and Respite Care) • Therapies and Clinical Services (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavior Services) • Support Coordination • Assistive Technology and Home Supports • Transportation • Adult Dental Services All staff working in these areas, including clinical, direct support, administrative, IT, and supervisory personnel, are required to adhere to the procedures outlined herein.
