Delivery Methods •

Individualized Therapy Sessions: –

Tailored PT sessions based on the client’s physical assessment.

Group Exercise Programs: –

Organized exercise groups to foster social interaction and collective motivation. Collaborative Care: – Coordination with physicians and nurses to tailor PT programs to the client’s overall health status.

Service Limitations and Caps • Session Frequency: –

Sessions are scheduled per clinical recommendations with enforced frequency and duration limits based on client assessment.
